Joliet undergoes a stringent electrical testing procedure to ensure that our motors are working properly and up to & exceeding EASA standards.

Motor testing is essential as it analyzes the integrity of a motor and facilitates the diagnosis of a motor’s condition. Motor testing completed by the team at Joliet will uncover hidden or hard-to-detect problems so that they can be addressed and fixed before complete failure occurs. The testing will examine  and detect any wire damage, will locate the leakage, and determine the condition of the insulation. In addition, testing will examine distortion, temperature fluctuations, and balance.
